The Ann Arbor 2030 District, in collaboration with Washtenaw County and a SEAS team at the University of Michigan has developed this exhaustive toolkit on how to improve efficiency in all aspects of a building and provides a detailed path to decarbonizing each facet of building energy usage.

Michigan Green Communities

Michigan Green Communities is a free to join sustainability benchmarking, networking, & technical assistance
program for municipalities & counties. MGC offers free technical assistance, access to a network of peers, and a certification system to show off the improvements in sustainability your municipality has made.

The 2030 District offers benchmarking assistance to all municipality buildings. Sign up here to receive our help in benchmarking the energy and water use of your buildings and qualify for a free energy management grant that can go towards energy audits or building improvements!
