Our new Tiered Membership system offers flexible pathways for buildings at every stage of climate action. Participant
Ideal for those starting their climate action journey.
Your commitment:
- Participate in member meetings to learn about and explore opportunities to reduce energy use and reduce emissions
Leader
For those interested in benchmarking and implementing improvements.
Your commitment is to pledge one or more of your buildings to commit to and take action to meet 2030 targets:
- 50% reduction in energy use intensity (EUI) by 2030 (from 2007 baseline)
- 50% reduction in greenhouse gas intensity (GHGI) by 2030
Champion
Recognizing those who are achieving deep reductions and resilience.
Your achievements and commitments:
- You have at least one building meeting or exceeding a target of 80% GHG intensity reduction from a 2007 benchmark by 2030)
- Pursuing net-zero operational emissions by 2040
- Integrating resilience, equity, and affordability into retrofit strategies
- Mentoring peers and contributing to innovation
