Zero), hired ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability USA to complete this 2019 Inventory of Community and Government Operations Greenhouse Gas Emissions, which includes recommendations for science-based emissions targets. The desired outcome of E.H.Zero is to co-create policies & programs with our community that will transform our city and create long-term impacts for substantive change.
