Green Stormwater Infrastructure CornerStone Tour

July 14 @ 3:30 am - 5:00 pm UTC+0

Join the Seattle 2030 District and Weber Thompson for a tour of CornerStone

To celebrate PNW Climate Week 2026, the Seattle 2030 District is hosting a tour of Weber Thompson’s CornerStone building. CornerStone exemplifies the highest standards of building sustainability—integrating mass timber, energy reduction strategies, and GSI solutions.

For example, a 250,000-gallon cistern captures rainwater which is filtered and reused for toilet flushing and on-site irrigation.

Agenda:

  • Welcome + refreshments at the Watershed ~5 mins
  • Presentation—led by Seattle 2030 District team ~25 mins
  • Walk to CornerStone ~10 mins
  • Tour of CornerStone—led by Kristen Scott (Senior Principal at Weber Thompson) and Jeremy Febus (Principal at KPFF) ~45 mins

This free event is funded by the King County WaterWorks Program.
