We invite you to join the Seattle 2030 District for a tour of the new Northlake Commons Building. A LEED Platinum building, Northlake Commons now stands as a paragon of sustainably-focused design on the shores of Lake Union, protecting our shorelines with 1 million gallons of treated stormwater runoff every year with onsite bioswales. The building joins the mass timber commercial office building movement, creating a lower carbon design for the next generation of real estate development.
We are excited to share this experience with you as we bring together our members committed to creating a more sustainable Seattle.
