The Bellevue 2030 Districts helps buildings meet the Washington State Clean Buildings Performance Standard. We help baseline their electricity and emissions through comprehensive building reports. We work with the City of Bellevue and King County to help building owners and managers understand utility incentives and financing mechanisms that make energy efficiency improvements possible.

A program of King County, Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy + Resiliency (C-PACER) is an innovative financing mechanism to help commercial, industrial, agricultural, and multi-family buildings become more efficient  and resilient .

The Washington State energy building performance standard Early Adopter Incentive program began July 1, 2021 and applies to non-residential, hotel, motel and dormitory buildings greater than 50,000 sq. ft. An eligible building owner that demonstrates early compliance with the Clean Buildings Standard may receive a one-time base incentive payment of $.85 per gross square foot of floor area, excluding parking, unconditioned, or semi-conditioned spaces. Incentive funds are limited to $75 million.

The Smart Buildings Center seeks to establish thought leadership for smart technologies and practices within the built environment, and pursues its objective through the following pillars of activity: delivering training programs to educate the building workforce of the future; enabling industry leading demonstration projects; and connecting the industry through hosting and participating in smart buildings events.

BetterBricks champions energy efficiency and sustainable building practices by providing the tools and resources necessary for industry professionals to excel. Its mission is supported through several key initiatives: offering comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge; facilitating cutting-edge demonstration projects that showcase innovative solutions; and fostering community and industry engagement through events and collaborative opportunities.
