  • Access to Best Practices Groups

  • Networking with industry professionals

  • Detroit 2030 Member logo usage

GOLD BUILIDNG MEMBER PROGRAM – $500, 12 months (PER BUILDING ENROLLED) (Discounts available after 10 or  more buildings)

  • Participation in new building technology pilots

  • Support with building upgrade grants (when available)

  • Assistance with Energy Star Portfolio Manager

  • Assistance with DTE Hub

  • Assistance entering the “Detroit Energy Challenge “

  • Assistance entering Michigan Battle of the Buildings

  • Receive a customized Detroit 2030 District Building Report
