The Detroit 2030 District is partnering with Clearly Energy’s BEAM (Building Energy Analysis Manager). This tool will help us track our buildings’ benchmarking efforts and performance. There are two options available for building members:
FREE BASIC BUILDING MEMBER PROGRAM – Ongoing

  • Organization logo on the website with a description and link to website

  • Member pricing for various meetings and events

  • Free monthly educational programming and state-wide webinars

  • Access to building manager/owner resources

  • Access to Best Practices Groups

  • Networking with industry professionals

  • Detroit 2030 Member logo usage

GOLD BUILIDNG MEMBER PROGRAM – $500, 12 months (PER BUILDING ENROLLED) (Discounts available after 10 or  more buildings)

  • Participation in new building technology pilots

  • Support with building upgrade grants (when available)

  • Assistance with Energy Star Portfolio Manager

  • Assistance with DTE Hub

  • Assistance entering the “Detroit Energy Challenge “

  • Assistance entering Michigan Battle of the Buildings

  • Receive a customized Detroit 2030 District Building Report

  • Access to customized Detroit 2030 Benchmarking Dashboard
