Join us for a tour of the new Cleveland Foundation mass timber building. This is a Green Building Challenge winning project! We’ll learn about the benefits of mass timber construction as well as the many other features of this building including the solar array over the parking area that will generate 33% of their energy. This building is expected to use 53% less energy than similar buildings, in part due to the efficient heating and cooling system, and the building envelope design. 100% of rainwater is captured on-site, reducing the stress on our combined sewer system. Join us for this tour and see for yourself how Cleveland Foundation has created a welcoming, healthy environment for both employees and visitors.
