Playhouse Square is the largest performing arts center outside of NYC and is one of Cleveland’s most iconic and beloved destinations. Come tour the performance spaces and learn the rich history of how Playhouse Square began, how it fell into disrepair, and how it was saved from the wrecking ball to become “one of the top 10 successes in Cleveland history” according to the media. We’ll learn why it’s known as the “world’s largest theater restoration project”, drawing more than 1 million people each year. We’ll also get a look at the newly installed marquees. We’ll follow the tour with a happy hour nearby at 5:00 PM.
