Green Building United convenes the Philadelphia 2030 District. The initiative brings together property owners and managers with professional and community stakeholders, local governments, and utilities to achieve voluntary reductions in energy and water use, and in transportation emissions by the year 2030. Thus far, Green Building United has received commitments to reach the district goals from buildings totaling over 20 million square feet.
