The Pittsburgh 2030 District has been a successful District for over 10 years.
In 2019, Green Building Alliance launched the Erie 2030 District. Today, this district includes 17 Property Partners spanning public and private organizations that make up over 130 buildings.
In 2024, Green Building United helped establish the New Kensington 2030 District and will run the program alongside the Pittsburgh and Erie Districts.
