Mayor’s Advisory Commission on Sustainability
The mission of the Sustainability Commission is to:
Provide expertise and support for the City of Lansing’s Sustainability and Climate Action Plan in subject areas such as energy efficiency, renewables, transportation, waste utilization and management of water resources
Help guide the City of Lansing in creating awareness of the above subject matters
Work with staff to recommend ongoing sustainability plan performance measures and best practices
The next meeting is on June 25, 2026 at 3:30 -5:00 PM Eastern time. This meeting will be held in person at the MEC building at 602 W Ionia St, Lansing, MI 48933.
