| The Ingham County Land Bank Fast Track Authority is a local governmental authority established in 2005. It receives whatever property is left over from the Ingham County Treasurer’s annual tax foreclosure process. The Land Bank works to put these properties back onto local tax rolls and into productive use in neighborhoods. It creates better communities by bringing together neighbors, government, funders and other community stakeholders to enhance neighborhoods through housing renovation, blight removal, gardening and other efforts that strengthen the quality of life in greater Lansing. |
