She was co-author of the chapter on buildings in the recently released NYS Climate Impacts Assessment. A comprehensive, science-based investigation, the report outlines what to expect from climate change in the state.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Brown specializes in zero net energy (ZNE) and zero carbon (ZC) research and consulting at the Oakland, CA-based practice.
