The\u00a0conference\u00a0will again be at the Quest Center in Westerville, Ohio, just north of Columbus. The OMA is a leading voice on\u00a0energy\u00a0policy in Ohio. The OMA was one of the first, loudest, and most long lasting opponents of the corrupt House Bill 6 scheme and instrumental to including pro-consumer provisions in the bipartisan HB15.<\/div>\n

The OMA\u00a0Energy Conference\u00a0attracts thought leaders and professionals working to make Ohio’s\u00a0energy\u00a0system more transparent, cost competitive, and reliable. Speakers and moderators will include representatives from manufacturers and industrial users like Republic Wire, YUSA, Plaskolite, and Williams; data centers Google and Bitdeer; competitive\u00a0energy\u00a0companies NextEra, NRG, Calpine, and Scioto\u00a0Energy; consumer advocates the Electricity Consumer Alliance and Electricity Consumers Resource Council; and allies for competitive markets the API Ohio, The Buckeye Institute, and the Ohio Consumers’ Council. We expect about 250 attendees this year.<\/div>\n
