These questions have been on all our minds: Will the grid be able to handle the increase in demand if we transition to electric? What do we need to do to ensure a thoughtful plan to electrify?\u00a0 Our speakers will address these questions and more.\u00a0 We have a panel of experts who will talk about the electrification of buildings and transportation, the economics, and what that demand will pose to the grid.\u00a0 We’ll discuss new technologies, risks and considerations to decarbonization and how renewable energy will also play a role. We will also hear about the City of Cleveland’s plan for decarbonization, technology changes and the energy burden on underserved communities.\u00a0 Our speaker from the General Services Administration will discuss their\u00a0decarbonization policies and their decisions to electrify and modify specific Cleveland buildings.\u00a0 There will be ample time for Q&A with this distinguished panel.<\/p>\n
