DESCRIPTION:In this session we will celebrate the 2022 Green Building Challenge winning projects.  This is a mix of new construction and renovation projects in the categories of energy reduction\, water conservation\, reduced transportation emissions and healthy buildings.  Our presenters will give an overview of their projects from design through completion. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a tour of the overall winning Green Building Challenge project: INTRO.  This is the largest (by SF) mass timber project in the U.S.  Situated across from the West Side Market\, this urban\, multi-use\, LEED Gold certified building has many amenities.  Our tour will further expand on the presentation provided in our morning education session.  We will get a behind the scenes tour complete with a visit to the penthouse unit. \n \nWe will follow the tour with a happy hour at Pioneer\, the casual dining restaurant/ bar at INTRO. Cash bar.
