This session will explore how AAPS and its project partners work<br \/>\ncollaboratively to select infrastructure that supports the district\u2019s goals of healthy environments, energy<br \/>\nefficiency, and improved operational carbon. The session will cover building strategies from October\u2019s<br \/>\nmeeting on embodied carbon, followed by case studies highlighting key factors when choosing central<br \/>\nHVAC systems and terminal equipment. Recent projects will be highlighted to illustrate decision points in<br \/>\nsystem selection, challenges in integrating daylight and views, and opportunities for innovative solutions.<br \/>\nPrinciples for photovoltaic layouts will be discussed, including relevant codes and standards for system<br \/>\ndesign.
