The team has conducted extensive research for the past year and a half to develop strategies specifically for restaurants, bars, and cafes to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, advance water conservation, and improve waste management, in alignment with Ann Arbor&#8217;s A2ZERO Plan.<\/p>\n<p>We will share our findings from surveys and interviews with <span class=\"il\">food<\/span> service professionals serving customers at various scales and provide tangible examples of how to reduce emissions in day-to-day operations.
